Chorus Service:
This Sunday, MSS Chorus members will be singing at St. Matthews as a part of a fundraising event to raise money for the food pantry. Check out Ms. Penfold's email for details or contact Ms. Penfold at jpenfold@mustardseedschool.org
Spring Concert: May 25 !!
It's almost time !!! Upper School Spring Concert takes place on Tuesday, May 25, at 7 PM. All upper school students, in grades 4-8, have roles to play (either in the MSS Chorus or the MSS Service Team) and will arrive early to prepare. Chorus and service team members should arrive at 6:00 PM.
Last Field Trip: May 26
On the day after the spring concert, on May 26, students in grades 6-8 go to the Dolan DNA Laboratory in Cold Springs Harbor. Students will leave first thing in the morning and travel by bus. Mini Exhibition
For our last writing project, the sixth grade will be writing literary analysis essays on a novel of choice. They will be presenting this project to a group of 4th and 5th graders, "exhibition style", in June. This will give them a taste for the four academic exhibitions that they will be completing during their 7th grade year. Details and a schedule will be posted in the near future.
