It seems that October has come quickly this year! There are two main events that you should know about during the first part of this month:
1. Spruce Lake!!! We are going to Spruce Lake next Wednesday, October 7th-Friday October 9th. Please be sure the review the "What to Bring" list with your child. We will spend time reviewing many aspects of this trip with the middle school over the next few days. We are looking forward to having a great and safe time in the outdoors! 2. Simhat Torah- The sixth grade will be leading the Simhat Torah celebration on Tuesday October 13th. We will begin preparations for this celebration early next week. We will lead in both the lower school and upper school worship services. You are welcome to participate in worship on this day and see your child lead this important celebration. More details will follow.
