The sixth graders are continuing to invest much time and thought into their memoir projects. They are meeting and rising above the expectations that have been placed before them. Already, they have asked to expand on the assignment and write more and in different styles. Their self portraits are taking shape, each a unique and beautiful representation of each student.
Here are some due dates to keep in mind:
March 24th- Topic/Theme Due
April 1st- 1st Draft Due
April 6th- 2nd Draft Due
April 15th- Final Draft/Self Portrait Due
April 18th- Present to 5th grade
April 19th- Memoir Celebration!
